2. In order to qualify for the refund and replacement, returns must be made within the shelf life of the product.
3. Proof of purchase (itemised receipt) and the product in its original packaging are required to qualify for the refund and replacement product.
Returns made without these items or made outside the shelf life of the product will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
