Our products are made from lentils, beans,peas and lupins (pulses)
This means that unlike other starch-based gluten-free foods, our food is extremely high in protein, low in carbohydrates and high in fibre.
A perfect recipe for great health. In addition, pulses (legumes) typically have twelve or so of the fifteen essential amino acids we need for health.

Our products are tasty and nutritious and intended for anyone who wants to eat healthier food. The ultra high protein levels, high fibre and low carbohydrates in our food means fantastic nutrition.
Our cake mixes are all very high in protein and provide ‘guilt free’ eating since they are so nutritious. The cakes mixes all make double sized cakes which are rustic, moist and densely flavoured in the cafe traditions of Europe.
Our falafels and vegeburgers are extremely flavoursome which is founded on generous amounts of the finest herbs and spices. Feedback is that they are head and shoulders above competitors’ products.
Our farm has Dorper sheep, Jersey cows, ducks, chooks, and a cat called Candy. We grow vegetables and have citrus trees and a full range of stone fruit, apples and pears as well as table grapes.
We love our farm. And we love to cook.
